New P&G coupon booklet

To receive your coupon booklet by mail:

1. Purchase $50 (before tax or coupon discounts) worth of any P&G products between 09/01/10 and 12/31/10
2. Circle the P&G products and their corresponding prices on your original cash register receipt(s)
3. Fill out the form found here
4. Mail the form in to the address found on the form.
